The Core Components

Course Content Overview

Our meditation facilitator training has six core learning modules, organized into individual weeks, each with several hours of in-depth training videos, resources & action items to ensure that you have all you need to succeed.

Here is an overview of our curriculum so you can decide if this program is right for you:

guided meditation training week one clarifying purpose

When learning something new, it’s vital to know the purpose of what you are studying before you begin.  When you are clear on something’s purpose, you can better understand why something works the way it does, more readily think of new ways to apply the information, and be able to self-correct & improve in the future.

In Week 1, we teach you the physiological differences between the state of fear & the state of flow.  Then, we show you the exact mechanisms which enable meditation to change our physiology & bridge the gap between confusion & clarity.

Additionally, we illuminate some disturbing societal trends responsible for the sharp increase in global despair and how you can make a difference as a guided meditation facilitator.

guided meditation framework week two fundamentals of facilitating

When it comes to facilitating a great guided meditation, there is nothing more important than your delivery.  It’s not just about having a great script, it’s about the tone of your voice, the timing of your words, and knowing how to create a safe, inviting & relatable atmosphere.

In Week 2, you’ll learn everything you need to know to ensure your delivery is soothing, effective, and natural.  You will learn how to improve your vocal tone, time your words to maximize physiological effect, and build confidence in your ability to facilitate.

Also, you will learn The Guided Meditation Framework™ system for script structuring & delivery to increase your consistency and enable you to effortlessly implement new scripts as you improve or find new applications.

guided meditation 1 on 1 practice tour

Guided meditation is an essential skillset for professionals looking to make a lasting impact in the lives of those they work with.  Helping clients overcome the physiological & psychological roadblocks to change is the essence of the job, and coaches, therapists & practitioners who can facilitate targeted guided meditations can accelerate their clients to the finish line.

In Week 3, you will learn how to facilitate on the spot, outcome-oriented guided meditations with your clients to demolish fear and gain access to higher cognitive functions.  You will understand exactly when and how to use guided meditation in 1-on-1 sessions, and how to seamlessly transition from session to meditation & back.

Also, you’ll receive your first set of 1-on-1 scripts with exact examples of how to use them, audios to practice your delivery, and setup & supply checklists to take all of the guesswork out of implementing your guided meditation training.

guided meditation framework week four guided meditation for groups

Being able to lead effective and engaging guided meditations in a group setting is an invaluable asset for leaders in the personal & professional development industry.  Whether it’s incorporated into a retreat, workshop, class, corporate event, or women/men’s group, guided meditation is a dynamic tool which can increase the impact & enjoyment of any event.

In Week 4, we’ll show you all you need to know about facilitating guided meditations for groups.  From general strategy to pre-planning & preparation to supplies, setup checklists, and meditation structure, you will learn all you need to feel confident & competent.

Additionally, we’ll teach you how to avoid the clichés of the industry and create an approachable environment which keeps your participants coming back.

guided meditation framework week five mastering your craft

Once a strong foundation has been built, with pragmatic, systematized & repeatable methodologies, a wider range of functional and creative applications become possible.  An expanded understanding of how guided meditation can be utilized opens up new professional doors and greatly enhances your ability to help your clients.

In Week 5, you will build on what you have learned, gain access to a library of scripts for both 1-on-1 & groups, and acquire skills enabling you to implement guided meditation however you choose.  You will receive multiple variations of scripts and meditation structures to ensure every experience is new, and even gain insights into how to craft your own scripts.

Lastly, we will cover, in detail, how to make your own studio quality meditation audios, enabling you to offer your 1-on-1 clients or groups personalized audios to reinforce & support them in-between sessions or events.

guided meditation training week six expanding business model

The hardest part of learning any new professional skillset is putting it into practice.  Most meditation teacher trainings provide you with a lot of information about one subject, but not enough practical strategies to creatively integrate what you’ve learned with other disciplines.

In Week 6, you will learn how to expand your concept of how you can utilize guided meditation to grow your business, increase prosperity, and have a larger impact in the world.  You will receive specific templates for retreats, workshops, small groups, meditation classes, and corporate events, infused with guided meditation, to expand your professional horizons and spark your own creative ideas.

Additionally, we will dive deeper into the coaching & therapy specific application of guided meditation by discussing the meditation/coaching model Heather Hayward used to build her private practice to a 1-Year waiting list exclusively through word-of-mouth.

How Do I Enroll?

Our meditation facilitator training has an application only enrollment process.  This process exists to ensure that each student is the right fit for the program and to maintain the quality and comfortability of our online community.

If your application is accepted, you will need to complete a brief interview with Heather Hayward, or one of her team members, for final approval.  Once you’re in, you get lifetime access to the GMF and its resources.
